Katerina Linara

Graduated from the Department of Journalism and Mass Media Communication, specializing in Communication. During her studies, she completed an Erasmus internship in Spain. Throughout her internship, she was actively involved in Project Management and the organization of events for the Erasmus community in Bilbao. Her responsibilities included managing the organization's social media channels, planning and promoting events, and ensuring their smooth and successful execution.
Since November 2023, she has been working at Inventics in the Conference Management Department (Medevents). Her primary responsibility is the management of scientific programs, as well as ensuring the smooth operation and high quality of conferences and events. In terms of conference organization, she plays a key role in coordination and decision-making through regular communication with the Organizing Committee. Additionally, she is responsible for communication with conference participants, including the distribution of mass invitations and the management of responses. She also provides secretarial support during events and is involved in the creation and distribution of promotional newsletters.

She is an executive with experience and expertise in congress organization and event management. She studied Business Administration at ICBS Business College and holds a postgraduate degree in Public Relations of the Mediterranean College. She has a 10-year experience.

Dora Saltsidou

Secreteriat and Contact Coordinator

She studied Economics at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds a postgraduate degree in Logistics Management of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She has an 8-year experience in congress organization.

Margarita Papageorgiou

New Media and Social Networks Manager

She studied Economics at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds a postgraduate degree in Finance and Financial Information Systems of the University of Greenwich. She has a 5-year experience in managing the Internet department of Inventics and 10 years in congress organizing.

Meropi Kamari

She studied Tourism Business at the Alexander Technological Education Institute of Thessaloniki. She has a 9 year experience as a travel consultant and 3 years in congress organizing. She is part of the team of the reservations department
