The 33rd Annual Meeting of the Diabetic Neuropathy Study Group (Neurodiab 2023) was held from 28 September to 1 October 2023 at the Electra Palace Hotel in Thessaloniki, Greece, under the auspices of the School of Medicine, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

On behalf of the Executive Committee of Neurodiab, the organizers warmly welcomed the participants, expressing their pleasure in hosting the meeting in Thessaloniki following the successful 2022 congress in Bergen. The event highlighted interaction and knowledge exchange between different specialties, basic and clinical science, as well as between leading scientists and young researchers, aiming to advance research and improve care for people with diabetic neuropathy.
