All abstracts must be submitted by
completing the online form by May 15, 2026
ABSTRACT RULES
· The maximum number of authors per abstract is 15.
· The presenting author must declare that he/she will attend the meeting.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
· All abstracts must be written in English.
· All abstracts must be submitted online by the deadline given above.
· Please do not submit multiple copies of the same abstract.
· Use acronyms only when necessary and define all abbreviations and concepts in your abstract at first use.
Since there will be no editing process on the abstracts, the authors are required to avoid any typing errors, wrong spelling/writing about the institutions, etc.
STEP 1 – Title, Submission Type, and Topic

Title must be in UPPERCASE and limited to 30 words. An abstract must have a short, specific title (containing no abbreviations) that indicates the nature of the investigation.

Topics of the abstracts may include any of the following:
· Pediatric clinical electrophysiology, Arrhythmias related to Adult Congenital Heart Disease, Cardiac Implantable Electronic Devices, Digital Health/Artificial Intelligence, Fetal Arrhythmias, Catheter Ablation, Genetic Arrhythmias.
STEP 2 – Authors and Institution Information
· First and last name of all the authors must be fully indicated correctly and in the right order. Please pay attention matching institutions to the right authors and make sure that you select the “presenting author” correctly.
STEP 3 – Abstract Body
Abstract Body: Abstract body should not exceed 350 words. The title of the abstract, authors, institutions and keywords are not included in this limit.
· Abstract body should consist of four sections given below:
Background and Aim: Clearly state the purpose of the abstract. Methods: Describe your selection of observations or experimental subjects clearly. Results: Present your results in a logical sequence in text. Table and illustrations are optional. Conclusions: Emphasize new and important aspects of the study (perhaps as a discussion section) and the conclusions that are drawn from them.
· Standard abbreviations (for example ECG) may be used without definition. Nonstandard abbreviations (kept to a minimum) must be placed in parentheses after the first use of the word or phrase abbreviated.
· Do not include the names or personal information of any patient participating in a study or trial.
· Phrases such as “results will be discussed” or “data will be presented” should not be used.
· Use only generic drug names. Brand, product or company names must not be used in the abstract title or text.
STEP 4 – Disclosure
Please declare if you or any of the co-authors have a significant financial interest, consultancy or other relationship with products, manufacturer(s) of products or providers of services related to the abstract.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
· Please upload your abstract in word format also. Please do NOT submit multiple copies of the same abstract.
REVIEW PROCESS AND ACCEPTANCE LETTERS
All submitted abstracts will be scored and passed through a review process after the submission closes.
The best 8-10 abstracts will be selected and presented as oral presentations. The remaining abstracts will be presented as posters.
The notification letters regarding the acceptance of abstracts will be sent at the end of May, to the submitting author.
REGISTRATION OF ABSTRACT PRESENTERS
The presenting author(s) must be registered for Pedirhythm by June 30.

Upon submission of your abstract, corrections can be made until the submission deadline by following the link you will receive via email upon submission.
